Next Level Airsoft!

Special Airsoft events can be different to normal Skirmish days.

They may have different rules to follow.


MILSIM – Limied ammo rules, Medic rules etc,

BIG GAME DAYS – Medic rules, limited respawn locations.

NIGHT GAMES – Torches required (safety issue), Glow stick (hit indicator), Medic rules.

Games vary and some are themed. We expect players will immerse into roles.

SQUAD BASED – Most games are. Game runs better, Players have a better game experience!


Saturday & Sunday EVERY weekend as Normal.

IF we are not operating we will notify customers via web site and Social Media.


Dirty Bomb 2 Final Conflict:
       29th May 2022

After the previous battle neither side were able to either Blow the Bomb or Extract it out of country.

After a prolonged stand off and gun battle during the early hours of day 5 of the stand off a crack team of Special Forces soldiers from the Taiwan Army made a daring raid and were successful in attaining the bomb and extracted it back to mainland Taiwan where it is being held and secured on a small Lake in the country side.

Both NATO and the Chinese Government’s cant take the chance of the Bomb falling into rogue hands within the Taiwan Military.

Both NATO and China have sent in teams of their own to extract the bomb before their enemies get it first or targets each other.

Walk On: £20.00 per player
Rental: £40.00 per person (No half day fees)



Special Forces: We are looking a complete team of 10 Players to act as Special Forces during the day. This team must wear a combo of Camo Trousers and Military Black Tops or Black Team Hoodies, and have their own comms.
(NO RENTALS on this team)


NATO: Any combo of Military Camo in Green or Tan (NO BLACK CLOTHING).
Chinese: CIVILIAN Clothing (NO MILITARY CLOTHING) Civilian clothing must be clearly identified as Civilian clothing no military clothing of any kind is permitted other than rigs, back packs or head protection.

# All Guns etc will be chronoed on 0.20g BBs and must be 328fps or lower and not shooting over 30 RPS.
# No Box mags or Drum mags are permitted for HPA guns.
# Snipers are only permitted to carry either a Bolt Action and a pistol at any time, no Aegs can be carried along with Sniper Rifle.
# Each team will have their own FOB where they can leave their extra kit along with food etc, players are required to wear eye protection when in the FOB at all times.
# Food – We ask that players stagger their lunch times to ensure the game continues to progress and not to all go at one time as this ruins the gaming for everyone else.

# Ammo:
All players on the NATO and Chinese Teams will be restricted to as much ammo you can load into your mags. NO SPARE AMMO is allowed to be carried on the field of play if you run out of ammo you will be required to return to your FOB to reload. anyone caught breaking this rule will be removed from the game and site.

# Special Forces Team will be allowed to carry a small amount of Spare Ammo given they are restricted to 10 players.

Kills/ Respawn:
When a player is hit you must go to the nearest respawn point as identified by a White Board hanging from a tree with either a Number or Red Cross on it.
Players must always Respawn behind their own lines and not at a Respawn Point under fire or advanced of their current location.

Site Jeeps in Play:
Players are not allowed to fire at a site jeep unless it is Flying a 5 x 3 Orange flag to indicate its in play.

# Bookings:
As per part 1 of Dirty Bomb all players must book online through our website with full details of those playing, stating the team you want to play on along with full fees.
Anyone under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult who is also playing for the full duration of the game.

All players must wear the appropriate uniform requirements of the team your booking unto at time of booking.

Rentals must be prepared to wear uniform of their chosen team.

Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an email from Predator with full details of the game with map, missions timings etc this can be downloaded and saved to your phone for quick access during the game day.

Predator Airsoft reserve the rights to change the game play, move players to different teams if clothing requirements are not adhered to on the day.

Please note any person caught cheating, not calling hits, tampering with mission objectives or using threatening language or behaviour to any player or staff member will be removed from site and banned from all future events.

Full Site in Play

Gates open at 08:00am
Shop Open: 08:00 – 09:15am
Chrono: 08:00 to 09:30am
Safety Brief: 09:30am
Move to Start Point: 10.00am
Game Starts: 10:30am
Endex: 5:00pm

Players must ensure that you arrive on site in plenty of time to go through chrono before cut off time and enter safe zone dressed and equipped ready for the game.

This will allow Staff to prep and ensure game gets under way at times stated anyone arriving after the times advertised will have to wait until the game starts and a staff member is free to get you through chrono.

General Background Scenarios

Big Game Scenarios have various themes and back story

and game plan. Aside this the rules below always apply to

big games & milsim events.

Standard BIG GAME rules:

Some rules vary and will be ammended as necessary.


All Aegs and pistols will be chronoed on-site using site 0.20g bbs and must be no higher than 328fps and High Rate of Fire must be 30 RPS or below if your Aeg is locked on 3 to 5 round bursts this wont affects your Aeg.

All players must show all Pyro and Grenades for inspection or you won’t be allowed to use them during the game.


Ammo restrictions will be in place for this game.

NO LOOSE Ammo is to be carried – all ammo must be carried in magazines, however loose ammo can be stored at you team Regen / Spawn and you can replenish your ammo throughout the day at regen.

Assault Weapons (M4, AK etc)

Mid Caps / Low Caps – Maximum of 8 Mags

High Cap – Maximum 2 Mags

All mags to be shown at chrono prior to game on!!

NO DRUM Mags on M4’s, AK Aegs etc.

Sniper Rifles

100 BB’s at any one time ( in magazines) + side arm (No AEG allowed at the same time as using Sniper Rifle, side arm only)

Support Weapons

1 Full Box Mag (maximum size of 3000 rounds)


A maximum 5 standard capacity (i.e. NOT Extended Mags) Magazines can be carried ( 1 in pistol and 4 spares)

If you use extended Mags for your pistol then the limit is 3 magazines (No Mixing of Mags)

Medic Rules

Any medic rules will be explained at the event game brief.

Bang Rule

We do not enforce the Bang Rule, but you may use it at your own discretion, we do however expect common sense at close ranges.

Minimum Engagement Rule

All player must switch to SINGLE Shot within 10 meters no exception

Single Shot inside all buildings

Smoke only to be used outside of buildings no smoke to be deployed inside a building


Grenade – Any player in a room is dead unless behind Hard Cover. Hard cover is classed as a physical barrier between the player and line of sight of the grenade i.e. a wall, not hiding behind a bush or the player in front of you.

Outside / open terrain. Grenade – Kill radius is 10 meters, hard cover rule applies.

Camping on site for players is available, BUT MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE! Fees apply.
